Shine to Go ™ brand station’s “Employee of the Month” Contest
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED.
This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the state of Georgia.
1. How to Enter. All participants must be a registered member of the Shine to Go™ brand station. Registration occurs when members visit http:www.checktheshoes.com and enter their full name, address (P.O. Boxes not acceptable), email, and phone number.One winner will be selected each month during the five month program period. The same member can not win the “Employee of the Month” contest more than one time.
Months begin at 12:00am on the first day and conclude at 11:59pm on the last day of each calendar month.

One member with the highest number of eligible online posts during the current month will be selected on the last calendar date of each eligible month. Members will receive one (1) “credit” for each eligible post during the contest month. An eligible post can be earned by doing one or any combination of the following:
a. Posting a relevant, publishable comment in the “Discussion Forum” section
1. Comments must consist of full sentences and/or thoughts2. Comments must not contain threatening or foul language3. Comments must not be unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, offensive, or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or otherwise be inappropriate.
b. Answering Quick Poll questions
c. Asking a question in the “Ask Us” section
d. Sending a text message from the community
Posts that do not meet these qualifications will be deleted from the online community and will not count toward the member’s monthly contribution total. A running tally of highest posting members and contending “Employee of the Month” will remain a constant on the Shine to Go™ station website.
All materials (including without limitation, comments, questions, tips, texts, other copy, pictures, videos, etc.) submitted during the Entry Period must be the fully original creations of the participants. By entering, all participants warrant and represent that their respective materials are their own fully original creations and that such materials (including but not limited to any additional elements integrated into their submitted materials) will not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and/or rights of publicity/privacy.
2. Eligibility. Participation is open only to legal residents of the United States. Members must be 18 years old and active members of the Shine to Go™ station. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers & directors of Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Monthly Contest. One (1) winner will be selected each month for a total of five (5) contest winners during the Shine to Go online community program dates.
Eligible participant posts will be tallied during the last day of each month.
The likelihood of winning depends on the number of participants and eligible postings occurring during each month.. By posting on the online community and becoming eligible for the “Employee of the Month” contest, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judge, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. In the event of a tie, Kimberly-Clark will select the winner based on the highest point total of original posts and the creativity of the posts

4. PrizesFive (5) prizes will be awarded during the five month program, awarded at one per month. Prizes will include the following items, with approximate retail values listed below:
March—One handbag or briefcase: (Up to $150 value)
April—One pair of shoes from Zappos.com: (Up to $150 value)
May—One gift certificate to salon in winner’s town: (Up to $100 value)
June—One gift card for shopping spree: ($200 value)
July—One professional suit: (Up to $300 value)
April—One pair of shoes from Zappos.com: (Up to $150 value)
May—One gift certificate to salon in winner’s town: (Up to $100 value)
June—One gift card for shopping spree: ($200 value)
July—One professional suit: (Up to $300 value)
Total approximate retail value of program not to exceed $1000.00:. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash redemption. In the absolute discretion of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to both substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Notification. Potential winners shall be notified on the last calendar date of each month via email and/or phone.
Upon notification, such potential winners are required to respond to the email/phone call within seven (7) days. Winners will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release upon seven (7) days of prize notification. If winner fails to respond within the seven day period, the next highest eligible monthly participant will be deemed the winner. If a potential winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these contest rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and awarded to the member with the next highest number of postings for the month winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries in the particular state/territory. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household. Once monthly winner has been contacted, confirmed and completed and returned all necessary documentation, including, where legal, the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release, winners will be announced publicly on Shine to Go™ station and through next month’s community email blast.
6. Conditions. Participation in contest and/or acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use participant’s and/or winner’s name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the contest or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. As a condition to entrance and/or receiving any prize, participants may be required to execute an assignment transferring and assigning all of their respective rights, title and interest, including but not limited to any copyrights or trademarks, in any materials submitted as part of their entry tasks (including without limitations copy, pictures, and videos). By entering, participants agree to transfer and assign all of their respective rights, title and interest, including but not limited to any copyrights or trademarks, in any materials submitted as part of the contest, without further compensation or permission. By participating, participants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Participants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this contest in any way shall be disqualified.
7. Additional Terms. In case of dispute as to the identity of any participant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the contest, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading any materials in this contest.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this contest should (in its sole discretion) non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Sponsor will select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest. Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE AND/OR WEB COMMUNITY SPACE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Use of Data. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please click here to review the Sponsor’s privacy policy.By participating in the contest, participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
9. List of Winners. To obtain a list of winners/the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 31, 2008 to: Employee of the Month Contest, presented by Shine to Go™, c/o Zocalo Group, 670 N. Clark, 2nd Floor, Chicago, IL 60010.
